Kimberley’s
new Retractable Articulating Attic Ladder consists
of a timber ceiling frame. A telescopic hand rail
is included. All Kimberley Attic Ladders are fully
assembled, and is easy to install. The Attic
Ladder is secured to a hinged ceiling panel and is
constructed of cast aluminium.
Cast
Aluminium provides high stability and the load
bearing is tested to 450kgs.
Available
in a range of sizes with an opening frame size of
up to 1000mm wide including a Fire
Rated Version
with a frame size of
700 x 1200mm.
Also
included is a pole with hook & eyebolt.
The
KASW52 includes 2 Handrails as Standard.
Optional
Extension Kit is available for KASW51, KASW52
&
KASW53
to extend ceiling heights up to 3650mm. KASW50 is not
compatible with the extension kits.

Each
Extension kit extends the ceiling height range by
250mm.
A Maximum of 2 Extension kits can be installed.
