We have been enjoying the use of our kitchen bins since we renovated our home in 1995. Over the years they became worn, so I contacted you to see if I could buy some replacement parts. We have an original KRB06 which stacks to create a 4 bin unit, so it was important to repair the unit as the 4 bin units are no longer available and this set up works well for us. 

The girls on the phone were very helpful and suggested that I come in and someone would be able to help me. Last week, I came to your factory and was greeted by Alicia who quickly introduced me to Colin (Production Manager). Colin quickly produced the replacement parts and set about fitting them to the old unit. 

Now we have a new KRB06 stacked unit and everything is good! 

Would you please convey our thanks to Alicia, Colin and the rest of the team? It was so wonderful to experience such wonderful customer service from such a friendly group. Congratulations for your excellent business, we wish you the best for your continued and future success.

I would like to congratulate your company for an excellent product, service backup and employee.

My wife and i purchased a 5 litre vanity bin Approximately 7-8 years ago, the nylon cord that opens the lid of the bin automatically when the cupboard door opens, fractured after many years of service.

On ringing your Dandenong Centre on Monday afternoon 31 Jan. to obtain a replacement spare cord, the phone was answered by Melissa who had a very pleasant and efficient manner.

Melissa advised me that spare cords were available and that she would order & send one to me. I received the cord in the morning mail today Wednesday 2nd Feb. that is efficiency at it’s best.

The 5 litre vanity bin is an excellent product it looks good, works well and is easy to keep clean. Thanks

Today I payed a second visit to the Kimberly Products head office in Dandenong South and spoke with your sales team and then onto your warehouse to pick up some additional items.  My first visit was to purchase a Kimberly Attic ladder, it was a second’s unit that I found on the web but it suited my needs.

The reason for my email is to advise you that on both occasions I have experienced possible the best example of customer service in a long time and for that I want to thank you but most importantly make sure you thank your staff as ultimately their attitude towards me during all stages of the purchase couldn’t be faulted.

On both occasions I found every staff member to be friendly, welcoming, informative and helpful and I can’t express enough how overwhelmed I was by the entire experience, from the initial inquiry to picking up items from the warehouse.

Again congratulations to you and your team in keeping customer service and satisfaction alive, there are some businesses out in this world that could learn a lot from all of your team.

"The KASW06W fitted perfectly and I had it fully installed in just under 3 hours. It is a great product and even my tall son with the big feet has no headroom or foot problems. The gas strut soft closing feature is 1st class, just a little bit if a push and up she goes with no big crash at the top. You have a very statisfied customer here.

Really just a comment, a positive comment I might add, at the positive experience in the purchase of one of your attic ladders, KASW08W. I called you over the phone sales and spoke to Alicia (I think that name is correct, could be wrong) and found her to be very knowledgeable about your products, very patient while I dithered about what to add or not, and was very personable which lead to the purchase. Working in engineering where only feedback generally is not positive, it’s nice to know when things are working, as well as when they are not. I was required to stay home today for the delivery and Star Track turned up at 8.45am this morning which was great. Of course once I jam my fingers and generally destroy everything around me when installing the unit will no doubt change my positive frame of mind. Just wanted to pass on some positive feedback. Good product does not amount to a hill of beans if your front of shop can’t connect with the customer.

"Hi there,

For the first time in many years - having had to say goodbye to the fake (or should that be faux?) Christmas tree that has graced my home - I have opted for a 'real'  one.  The piney, green 'living' tree required a whole new thought process - do I put it in a bucket filled with sand like when I was a kid?  Do I buy one of those stands that hold it up but require another smaller bucket full of water?  Should I have bought a tree that is 'alive' and in a pot full of dirt that requires the incredible hulk to get it into the lounge room?  Imagine my dilemma!

However,  the problem was easily - and inexpensively - solved when I discovered your Christmas Tree Pot.  Not only does it hold my slightly crooked tree - it's real so can be forgiven for this fault.  It also holds water - with a little overflow trough, no less.  It has screws that were easy to use and now hold the tree upright with magnificent aplomb! And perhaps the best thing of all it has been made right here in Australia.

With only good things to say I felt the need to pass on my thanks for your fantastic product. Brilliant I say!
